This is a quiet residential neighborhood, no parties or events, please. The neighborhood is peaceful and residential, and we'd like to keep it that way. City-enforced quiet hours run from 10pm to 8am. No smoking indoors, no pets, and no parties, a minimum $300 fee applies to any violations of house rules. A note on bugs: South Florida's year-round humidity is something bugs love, and no property in the area is immune. We pest control spray regularly and do everything we can to minimize them, but we can't guarantee a completely bug-free stay. The best thing you can do is keep doors closed when you're not going in and out. No garage access. No pets.

IMPORTANT Our home is nestled in a residential neighborhood. There are noise restrictions with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. This is enforced by the city. A gentle reminder, there is absolutely no smoking inside the property. No pets or parties are allowed. A minimum fee of $300 will be applied for any violations of the house rules. BUGS: As a reminder, South Florida is a humid climate year round, which bugs love. We pest control spray our properties on a regular basis to prevent bugs as best possible. However, because of the South Florida climate, we cannot guarantee that bugs won't randomly appear. Please keep doors closed to minimize this. NO GARAGE ACCESS NO PETS
